Removing grease stains on kitchen towels can often be a real challenge. You can use them carefully, but they will always get stained with grease and other hard-to-remove ingredients.

Despite the fact that there are a lot of detergents that promise to do real wonders, not always the results are what we expect.

My grandmother used to boil the towels to remove any hard-to-remove stain, but many housewives exclude this option because it is too laborious. In addition, it takes a lot of time.

How to get rid of grease stains on the kitchen towels

1. You don’t have to spend money to buy new towels. You only need a bottle of hot water, soap and a plastic bag.
Towels with persistent stains are soaked in warm water. Leave them for a few minutes in warm water and then remove them, squeeze them well and apply soap thoroughly on them.

2. Then place them in the plastic bag without closing it. Place the bag in the microwave, and set it to an average temperature for 1.5 minutes.

3. Finally, remove the towels with a knife because they are hot and rinse with warm water. You will be surprised by the results obtained with minimal effort.

I invite you to answer me about how this trick worked in your case!
