Leave the pan to cool completely, even if the remaining pieces of food are stuck on the pan walls and bottom.
Carefully clean food debris with a wooden spatula. Rinse with water if some little tiny pieces are stick on the Teflon.
Clean Teflon pan with a soft sponge and dish detergent, then rinse well with warm water.
Use a dry cloth and you’ll not stain the Teflon with limestone.
If some food traces remain stuck after this cleaning, do not use a rough cloth or the green side of dish sponges, because it will scratch the nonstick coating.
Leave the pan to soak in a solution of vinegar, baking soda and water.
Let it to act 5 minutes, then repeat the procedure with dishwashing detergent and a soft sponge.
