Mix 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda with vinegar or hydrogen peroxide. Add the liquid a little at a time to form a paste. Spread the paste over the stained spots or soften a thicker brush in the paste and rub the dirty spot. Leave the mixture to work for an hour, and then rinse with water.

Fill the bathtub with hot water and add 3 liters of vinegar and 4-6 tablespoons of baking soda. To get the desired result, leave it to act for a few hours. The cast iron tube is excellently cleaned with chlorine. Chlorine simply bleaches the cast iron and gives it glow. On the other hand, chlorine is toxic and the process generates toxic gases. An alternative is hot vinegar and coarse salt. Rub the tub with coarse salt, then moisten a brush in hot vinegar and let it act for a few minutes. Rinse with hot water.
